Hey Sanjyot! There is a Ukala(Masala Milk) stall right opp my house on the street, it is always buzzing with crowd at night to have this drink. I had it once there and started looking for the perfect recipe. Came across your video and made it the very next day!! It turned out perfectly! Thank you Chef Sanjyot - this is my favourite milk flavoured milk. Unsure why we call almonds, cashews, and pistachios as 'dry fruits'. These are classified as nuts, not dry fruits. Dry fruits are raisins, apricots, plums, etc.

Only in India we call nuts as dried fruits. I learned the hard way in the US. Almonds, Cashews, and Pistachios are not dried fruits.

Hey this is exact recipe without kesar n jaifal my mom giving me after my delivery with milk but the problem is when I put this powder in hot or boiled milk it turned into curdling hence I have to keep milk to get cold then I put mixture
