First of all, I apologize if my questions might seem trivial. I would like some clarifications regarding the coffee basket and the various quantities to use. The one provided with the device has a capacity of 18 grams. In general, I assume that coffee beans and ground coffee are considered to weigh the same. So, to fill the basket, 18 grams of coffee beans are needed, correct? With this quantity, does it produce a single double espresso or two separate espressos? Regarding the water amount to pump, should I use it all, or do I stop based on how long I want the coffee to be? There is also a 12-gram basket, correct? I ask because I would like to avoid consuming too much caffeine. Does it make sense to purchase the 12-gram basket, or is it fine to fill the 18-gram basket with just 12 grams? and I I put 12gr of coffe beans, Do I have to reduce the quantity of water from 80ml to 53ml ? Lastly, one more question: Isn’t a single espresso typically made with just 7 grams of coffee

Hi! I use the picopresso wit the timemore chestnut pro esp iii grinder. After a satisfying setting (lets say 9 with 1:2 ratio 18g-36g), It is on the next day more harder to press (became finer?). I´m not shure, if it is because of the coffee beans or the grinder..
