Allow me to explain the "flying" parts: Remember in Dragon Ball when Goku & Krillin finished training with the turtle shells and Roshi told them to jump as high as they can??.. They float back down. These guys have now trained under 100-500gx by now, I'm pretty sure they can still jump extremely high and float back down extremely slowly while throwing light speed punch and kicks too. 😌

That's exactly right and the high-speed combat makes it seem like they are flying but the interpretation of the fights versus how fast they would actually be was explained in the Saiyan saga when some fighters couldn't even watch the fights because they were moving so fast. So if this were realistic, these scraps would take seconds if not less.

It's definitely getting spicier now. The tone and atmosphere completely changed right at the end. I loved this episode. I still wonder about the motives of the Grand Minister.. There's definitely some back story to him that we don't know about... (Even now, I still think so) I can't wait to see the next one!

I remember the T.O.P. arc being so long with the whole waiting 1-2 weeks for a new episode to air, but if you bing-watch the whole arc, it's pretty short, and that goes for the other arcs in Super. Dragon Ball Super feels fast-paced when compared to OG DB and Z.

super has 5 arcs in 131 episodes, z has 4 arcs in 291 episodes and og dragonball has 6 arcs in 153 episodes. That means super has an average of 26.2 episodes per arc, z of 72.75 episodes per arc and og has 25.5 episodes per arc. This means that og dragonball actually has shorter arcs but yeah Z is way slower than both of them

It's cool to see final flash actually doing something, it's such a cool attack. And the chargeup in the Japanese version is just amazing. There's like no music, just the sound of the atmosphere, the rocks, things breaking apart. I think it's a lot stronger in pure power than the kamehameha but seems, or seemed in the past to require a long charge.

I think it's just like any ki blast when given enough power to be charged up, it's going to be super imprrpressive. Like when Vegeta first used it against Cell. He gave him the time to focus his ki. The same could be done with a Kamehameha. but Goku rarely gets the chance to focus his ki although it happen in Dragon Ball and when he fought Raditz.

The Grand Minister is just smug. People were making theories about him being evil or something, but being in his position, he has nothing at all to worry about save for being erased by Zeno so all of this is just another day at the office.

I can't even begin to imagine what it would be like bearing witness to a whole entire universe just being instantaneously and effortlessly blipped out of existence like that. I'd go so far as to say that anyone who wasn't scared shitless at that display could definitely be called crazy. As for Frieza, I wasn't too concerned about him inadvertently killing an opponent. As brutal, psychotic and murder-happy as we all know him to be, history has shown us on multiple occasions that he is quite adept at playing with his food, drawing out the misery as long as he possibly can for his own personal sadistic enjoyment before finally delivering the coup de gras.

It's not really surprising that universe 9 was the first to get eliminated. Their best warriors were Buu Saga SSJ2 tier in the case of Basil and Lavender, SSJ3 tier in the case of Bergamo. They couldn't measure up to their unwisely picked targets. I felt bad for all of them, really. Well all except for that slimy weasel Roh. I must say, Sidra may be the weakest god of destruction. But earned a bit of respect, he stood there and took getting erased like a man. Accepting it without a word. Their Kai Roh however, begged Zeno like a b*tch. Talk all that smack talk didn't pan out did it. So satisfying watching his @ss get erased. Especially after he talked all that sh*t, finally he was shut up. As for their Angel Mojito, that smile was unsettling. That smile after his own universe was erased started a huge topic of discussion among Dragonball Fans when this episode first launched in Japanese. There was all these theories about how sinister that moment was. Ideas from Mojito hating his universe, to Grand Priest and the angels being a part of a deeper scheme with this universe erasing stipulation. But we'll just have to keep watching to see where this goes.
