This is such an authentic what i eat in a day series that every person can relate to..What I liked the most is the way you didn't do the fad diet wala thing and ate moderate carbs in ur lunch through basic indian diet(no keto thing) Also no fancy food like avocado smoothie raspberries,blueberries And the fact that you mentioned clearly not to follow blindly what ur doing be it the skipping brekkie part or adding the collagen builder/biotin Last but not least I think you need to change the insta snap 0:26 as you have hit 3M subs currently and congratulations for that👏👏👏
