No telling how many hundreds of thousands of dollars are sitting on this farm. One of the best videos on KZbin. I am 63 & came from a family that had a lot of the same history seen in this vast equipment shown here. I smiled & had a few tears run down my cheeks remembering the Good Ol’ Days of yesteryear! What a Video!! Thanks a million for posting

What an absolute treasure of a man. I'm only 57 but i grew up in the backwoods and sloughs and have had the pleasure of meeting people just like him. I have learned alot just by listening to these people talk, and alot of them love to talk to other people other than their family. I think it helps them somehow. Because you can truly never go forward in life if you you don't know how we got there in the first place. I learned more about the great depression from talking to some of the older generation than i could ever learn in a book. Point being if your grandparents are still alive or you know someone like waynie, take a little time out of your life to talk about theirs.

It will never be quite the same around there, when Mr Wayniee passes on. I'm glad to see his grandson here in the comments. I hope it's in the tea leaves for these wonderful memories to stay in the family. God bless the days when a man could work on his own machines and knew how to do it. God bless life before the internet in a lot of ways. God bless this Gentleman.

What a nice old fella. The way he was constantly looking out for you to not fall or bump your head really says alot about what a genuine and thoughtful character he is. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would be interested in seeing more of him. I'd like to suggest that you do short videos with him every so often. His memory is incredible and I think it would be very interesting to get him to talk about the details of his childhood on the farm or even just to take the time to explain how some of his early equipment was used. It's not often that you get to walk a beautiful place like that with a person who has lived there as long as he has. Wonderful film!

Pretty cool when an elderly gentleman like him can tell the history of America in the goods he has collected..Stuff he may never use but just be amused by holding them in his hand..Reminds me of my grandpa who had pretty much two of everything..If there came a time he needed something and he couldn't find it he would just go and buy another..He would ask me to help him now and then do simple jobs..They would turn into all day adventures as it wasn't about fixing anything.. it was more about spending time with someone who will listen and learn..That's what he was trying to fix..patience

Man, that '55 is a beauty! That rear engine mower at 1:22:40....those are bad about flipping over on people, like he said. I was riding my bike one afternoon and when I rounded the corner, I saw one of those mowers flipped over on top of an elderly lady with smoke billowing out of it. I ran over and lifted it off of her and helped her to her picnic table. She was pretty shaken up, but luckily she was ok for the most part. She had run into a small tree and the mower just kept going forward, climbing the tree until it flipped. It was nice of Wayniee to show you around. Great video!
