Great video reminds me of my 2 parisiennes 85 and 86 both 305 quadrajet they do run smoothly and there pretty good on gas as well

If the trans is in good shape you can drive that little 305 cheviac daily. Needs a bath and oil change. New air filter.😊

You were close...what holds it open, on the right side hinge theres a curved tab sticking up thats not on the left one. You set the cap into there and that holds it open Edit...you found it right after I commented lol
