Leave the chaincase intact and just remove the outter cover, shimmy the front axle out just like you would if you were doing a bubble nose sled correct?

@@markmesi2094 thats how I do it. Just have to make sure you dont lose the shims that go on either side of the sprocket

So the cogs on the rear the track are track tensioners right?

@@kollinspencer847 yes the rear cogs adjust the tension and also alignment on a bogie sled
