I remember well the biker nod or wave. It's definitely rarer now. I now live in Spain, because we ride on the right the international right hand 2 fingers down for two wheels down is easier and more commonly use, no need to take your throttle hand off. That said it's around 50% who let on. It's most likely due to the fact for a lot of people it's not a lifestyle it's transport.

I never thought of it like that. Its a shame though. I could not imagine looking at my bike just as a mode of transport. It would be like having a heart that could not beat. Ride safe 👍

@@BikeRiderReviews I know, great videos by the way, take a look at my Himalayan rides on my channel. I have the Benelli leoncino and I'm thinking of the TRK for more road touring, mountain and A roads. Take care

I really enjoy your vids. My next bike is going to be Benelli trk 502x. The more i see reviews on them, the more i want one. I often travel around barnard castle, some great roads around there. I always aknowledge other riders, if they don't do the same back, it's their problem. Safe riding and happy travels.

Hi, thinking of getting a TRK, due to financial restraints I have to keep my bikes for a few year's. Do you think it will stand the test of time? Value your opinion. PS think your video's are very informative.

Hi thanks for checking out the review. I think as long as you look after your bikes you will be fine with a TRK. I know of people who have toured all through Europe on these bikes without problems and I often take day trips 300 - 400 miles without problems. The components and build seem to be good and as long as you do regular services, keep up to date on maintenance such as chain cleaning and lube and keep the bike clean during the winter months, then I don't foresee any problems over a few years ownership. Main problems I have heard about is rear shocks leaking, however this is not a wide spread problem and seems to be very much isolated cases and to be honest due to this i wonder how the bikes have been treated. Rusting brake discs is another problem I have heard of but again I wonder how often the bikes are cleaned through winter. Mechanically, components and build I do not think you will have anything to worry about however price depreciation may be an issue if you plan to sell and if that is the case then buy second hand and I don't think you will lose too much when you sell. I have an in depth walk around review and a separate road test review on my channel which may be some use to you. Ride Safe.

Great biking roads around there. When I started riding in the 80’s almost all bikers acknowledged each other. Now I’d say it’s around 50%, shame some of the camaraderie has gone a bit.

I'm thinking about trading my Honda CRF 250L for a Benelli TRK, what's your opinions on the bike?... Cheers 👍

Hi thank you for checking out my video. If you go to my channel I have two videos on the TRK 502X, an on the road test and an in depth walk around, oh and also a video on available accessories. Ride safe.

Take in consideration that the TRK is a motorcycle made for long travels, it’s a different kind than the CRF. I have the TRK and I love it, it’s so comfortable and the power is correct for the size and weight of the bike.

I have one myself, same color. The exhaust note is 😍. Did the engine cutting out happen in the 2nd gear? Safe travels!

Hi thank you for checking out my video. I think I may of let the clutch out a little which caused the bike to stall, it has not happened again since then. 👍
