At one time I had a double stainless steel sink rigged up outside for cleaning fish I rigged up the drain in the bottom and it work good only had cold water but that's all I needed it work good as time went on I wound up giving it away

You don't need teflon tape at 4:42 the one end is hose and has rubber gasket and the next in line is 3/8 compression. Neither require teflon tape. I had a restaurant and in Pa. they didn't allow sinks with square welded corners. The one you have there has radius corners which most states require. Tidbit for anyone who might be going into the restaurant business, check with local inspector before you buy anything. Painful to buy something and be told you can't install it.
