When attaching the 90s what did you make those washers out of or did you buy those

I had trouble finding a nice solution here, because the sink is designed to be installed on a plumbing installed inside the wall. I bought these 90 fittings at Home Depot. I made these blue rings from an electrical box.

I had a similar situation. I used a giant washer and a metal conduit locknut. I put the locknut on first and then the washer. Worked great and probably better solution than cutting an electrical box.
