I work in PDX and live about 20 mins outside of the city. I see more faded bernie 2016 bumper stickers than harris/walz. Ive seen more Trump/Vance yard signs than Harris/Walz. The enthusiasm for her just isnt there.

They also have him ahead by 3 in Michigan. There’s no world where Trump is +3 in Michigan but -3 in North Carolina. State polls famously have way higher MOEs and with the hurricane a lot of people may have been less likely to answer polls
