Spoiled? I am wondering how he got to be here? Was he from a needing pair? Or domestic stock? I hate to think of the drama of his life if he wasn’t. Captured in mass by money hungry So called Guyanians, racked from their ancestral forest, shoved in to crates in the dark, fed through mesh and traumatized. These awful people who did nothing to protect these birds in life, nothing for the forest and environment they need to live in- only seeing dollar signs. That’s what it’s like when an industry puts a monetary on your life. Please please do not support this shite!!! Your little baby is precious but, far from spoiled.

This bird has a toy closet. Awesome, Awesome! My ShihTzu who passed away April 19 had a special toy box that is as big as a large blanket chest. It has a lever that my dog could open it on one side, and close it with with another lever. A wood working friend made it for my Cocco James. He was a diabetic medical alert service dog for me. He lived 16 1/2 years. Alot of people don't realize how smart dogs or birds can really be. So yes my dog put away his toys. And got them out all by himself. And had steps a wooden stairs also built by friend to get into his very large toy box. And steps inside his toybox. In addition to myself and all of my friends and family members they spoiled my Cocco James too. My uncle was a professional dog trainer and taught me from baby on up how to train dogs. I always had German Shepherds until I got Cocco, he was my first small dog. But he was the smartest dog I ever had. I swear he had a human trapped in his dog body. I also had a friend who was a English teacher, she was always blown away by Cocco James intellectual brain. Cocco never stopped learning or teaching other dogs how to behave. He helped me train Bella my friends golden labradoodle . 5yrs ago. After her husband died she got her Bella. Cocco would talk doggy to Bella and translate human speaking when she was a puppy. It was one of the most extraordinary events I ever experienced with dogs. Unfortunately at 57 I don't have the energy or strength with also having Rheumatoid arthritis to train another dog. But my Cocco James was better than my new Dexcom CGM device that continuous monitoring my blood sugar. His nose was amazing. He alerted to a sudden drop in blood glucose levels better and faster. Animals are amazing. ❤

I use to have Shih-Tzu’s too. They are such beautiful dogs inside and outside. Mine were well spoilt but so clever. That was 30 years ago and I’ve never had the courage to have another Shiddie. I rescued and rehomed after my Shiddies eventually ending with 7 that couldn’t be rehomed for one or another reason. Each and every dog loves you unconditionally if showed love. You never totally get over the loss ( crying as writing) Now I have a rescue Pug, Ripley, she fills my heart but it still hurts for all those I had and lost. Coco will be at The Rainbow Bridge waiting. Of that you can be sure. Live. Love . Laugh. Take your time to heal.
