I love the videos where you smash windows, dint panels and chop cars in half before making a awesome looking vehicle because they have help give me the confidence to work on repairing and customising my car and get over being too scared to damage it, but this is great in a different way. I watched the original videos of this build and remember how you were freezing in the shop and cussing at the heater. Then you worked on it in the summer and the shop was hotter than the sun. You work hard in spite of the weather. The car really looks great now.

👑Love old 50s cars, I got my first car 6 months ago now. It's a 95 Lincoln Town Car, happy with that. Soon I want to get an older car to show my Great Grandpa, and to enjoy the past. He never owned any sporty cars that I am aware but always liked Camaros, Bel Airs, most old liked cars lol. When he was a teenager in the 50s, his neighbor with a Bel Air would take him to High School everyday and he fell in love with cars, especially Bel Airs. Not sure if he was a mechanic but he did work at Boeing for 25 years not a single sick day or break 1970 - 1995 as he moved to the State of Washington in the late 50s. He is 86 now, I'm only 16. Hopefully I can give him a ride on in a 50s Bel Air soon, he is healthy and 6'1 at the age of 86 lol.

I love tri 5's . With me I like em somewhat ratty! Grandpa 's is too nice for my liking! I dig the project version! I always liked em black but red looks good too! So glad it's a solid color at least so far as I've seen! Hope it stays that way! The tires aren't my thing on this car but yk, it's not mine! One day I hope to get one! I love the wagons and the Buick version too but call the tri five variants are cool, tri five chevy truck too! Guess u two toned it and if it makes you happy that's all that matters! Great project. Really plugs us into the frustration of making all of these elements work. Every KZbin video with an LS swap goes on and on about the hassles they have, so clearly that system isn't simple to make work. Why the oversized shifter? It doesn't add to the build - in one guys view.

I do love the build not sure if it's just the sound quality from my tablet which is normally it isn't it just after the hour mark when you're doing your other test ride with the shaking it sounds like it has a bad Miss otherwise great video as usual. Not sure gumout is considered an antiseptic it might have septic at it the word causing your pain receptors to feel receptic of the oncoming pain 😂😂

I hope you took out the can of spray you dropped inside the engine when you were drilling holes in the metal cover you installed in top of the radiator support. You were very exited and did not noticed you dropped the spray inside the engine compartment.

I've been adding up the clues, and your car appears to technically not be a Belair, but a 210 HT which is more rare. It appears someone 'BelAir-ized' a 210 HT. The short tail fin top moulding, and the narrow/thin top of door & quarter window stainless between the wing-window & C-pillar are other hints that it is originally a 210 HT. If your VIN starts with 'B' or 'VB', then it's definitely a 210 HT that has been BelAir-ized with the iconici quarter panel insert, and some Belair interior trim. My apologies if this something you were already aware of. Thanks for the vids and your enthusiasm for the car is great.

Over the years, it's not been uncommon for people to dress up 210 HT's with Belair bits & baubles. It's a bit unfortunate because 210HT fans, like myself, enjoy seeing them. 210HT's were discontinued in '53, then were reintroduced halfway thru the 55 model year, and then all of '56 & '57. Since they are not often seen they can be a conversation starter for alot of people for those that notice the differences & uniqueness. I have a '56 210HT, and almost bought an unrestored, all original '55 210HT a number of years ago.
