I grabbed PanO, Nomads, Ariadna, Aleph, Haq, and CA sets. All the sets turned out very beautiful, and feel great. I played a Haq v Aleph C1 with them and they felt nice in 1-4 die rolls. My only critiques are with the tins. Unique art would have been nice, but my two things are that the tins are pretty tough to open and it'd be nice if you could stack the lid to fit the bottom of the tin during play. The foam slots for fitting are great tho too.

I also found them a little tricky to open at a recent tournament. Luckily not something done often enough the be really frustrating.

The fact that there are offerings in every colour with the N logo is great for us who like to paint differently to the studio scheme!

I have a couple of sets and they feel great to roll and they are larger but not annoyingly so. Like the colors and selections as you pointed out. I went with the faction icon but nice they have lots of options!

Also If the Crabbot with Gizmokit is camouflaged, has it also got a camo token 🤔 Basically, I shouldn’t need a Machinist/Engineer, or should I 🤔 Additionally 🤔 If I’ve got Twin Uhlan with twin Crabbot 👀👀 then I should have 4 camo tokens 🤔 Can’t you tell I’m Such a Noob 🤪 Core: 4 Fusilier’s, CSU special operative. On its own but can link up is a Bolt - chain of command. Twin Uhlan & Twin Crabbot Finally for Extra sneakiness 👀 is Uma in camouflage. @Salty_Sassenach the crabby is the pilot of the TAG so doesn’t deploy outside of it. You would only dismount the pilot if you’re desperate for a specialist to complete a mission. It’s different to a Palbot which engineers and doctors can use to heal things from a distance. Does that help? You’d still need an engineer as the crabby doesn’t have a gizmokit.

Hello MR Kiwi, it must be your summer by now 😜 Greetings from a very cold & frosty Scotland - no Snow yet ❄️❄️❄️ Hopefully you get this as it’s a 12 day old video 👀 CodeOne Operation Crimson Stone is on a Special Black Friday offer, BUT it’s the Spanish version that’s on sale in the UK 🤔 The English version is also available, at around £25 more, that’s why the Spanish version is sooooo tempting. As I’m new to the game, can I download the CodeOne rules to play the game & would I need anything else, preferably in English??? Also Are the rules etc available to Play Defiance??? I’ve been collecting Combined Army & a couple of Dire Foes box sets is all I’d need. PS I’ve been collecting Infinity for a few yrs & STILL haven’t played a game yet. I spoke with you before about the Tikbalang - which I can proxy with the new Squalos MII 😜

It is heading towards summer and your question is a great one. There’s no harm in getting the Spanish version as all the rules are available free and online. In the CB website go to Reaources and you’ll see all the rules there to access.

I can pick up similar color 20 sided dice at my local store for a lot less money, sure they don't have the logo but that is about twice what a similar set would cost from my local store. I bought an awesome set of camo dice for Ariadna and it cost me $10 at my local store.

It very well might be where you are, I live in the US in NY state and my local store has a huge selection of dice at great prices. They do have more expensive dice like the metal ones but most of their sets of regular dice be they the standard sets of 7 or sets of D6s or D10s are around $9.99 US. @@the_infinitygamer

@douglasrood2650 that’s quite good pricing our FLGS only really stock Games Workshop so minimal D20 options stocked there (just a token set if that).

I'm very keen on the design and was really looking forward to these ever since the partnership was announced. I dislike not having matching dice (although I do like rolling ariadna dice against ariadna players so that their dice "betray" them sometimes). Unfortunately, the shipping is just too high for me. There haven't been enough people locally to bundle their shipping and baron of dice don't offer anything else I want that would let me make these not s $40 set of dice.

@@the_infinitygamer There's also the option of just accepting that the price of these dice is $40, and while that may seem expensive, if I can't get similar price for a lower price that's simply the price. I imagine you're very familiar with having to pay more for things than other people, wargaming in Australia.
