Arms, shoulders, chest, inner thighs and obliques got a lot of burn in a short period of time! This was a great burn and I'm pretty sure I'll be feeling it in my arms tomorrow! Another great series. Thank you, Linda.

I definitely feel like my arms are some of the strongest muscles in my body, yet your workouts really put them to the test...and at times show how weak I really am! 😂 I had to take mini-breaks for the body weight exercises, but fought through and paused after you had finished to complete the reps. This was a challenge, but I really want to see the changes. Thank you for another great workout day...day 16 of the advanced challenge complete! 🎉🙌🏽💪🏽💖

It might sound strange but I want slightly bigger arms and shoulders 😁 so I decided to get my upper body to work more and added this one to your INTERVAL WORKOUT HIIT WORKOUT - BARLATES BODY BLITZ HIIT Combinations. I loved the workout a lot but next time I'm going to use a little heavier weights for some of the exercises just to make them tougher and get bigger upper body faster 😁😁! Thank you, Linda!

Yes, you can definitely use heavier weights and just slow it down slightly to keep your form 😊

Well, I am starting to think you might be some sort of telepath))) For several days I was trying to find something new for upper body (you know, how sometimes you get bored and start seeking variety or novelty) but didn't come across anything new till yesterday this workout magically appeared in my feed. Just in time for me to not get bored!!! As you say, always nice to shock and challenge your body in new ways)
