This was great! I refuse to take meds (actonel, statins, etc), so i need jumping. Have a rebounder, too, which I love. It was fun and the cockroach is dead!! Thank you!

It takes some getting used to if you haven't been doing any workouts with impact, but it is definitely good for the bones!

How often should I repeat that ? Hurt knees which I injured now and then a bit . But didn’t feel pain when done .

well, if it actually hurt then do it on the rebounder. It definitely shouldn't hurt. Does the rebounding hurt at all?

It really depends how many times a week you workout and how long for each time. Everyone is a bit different so it is hard to say, but if you are new to my exercises I would say workout 5 times a week for 30-60 mins and you will see some results in 3 to 4 weeks!

Hi Linda. I've been subscribed for a good long time; however, am back to your channel regularly! I am really enjoying the walking videos. Have the cardio dance in my lineup also. Being in my 50s and working a physically demanding job, I had to change the style of my workouts. I appreciate the walking videos and never knew you could actually feel like you've worked out, and even sweat with them! ❤ thank you for your hard work put into them and dedication. Blessings to you.

That's great! So glad you are enjoying them. I only started adding them around 8 months ago and have had a lot of positive feedback. The zone 2 cardio is amazing for your health without being so demanding that it causes cortisol spikes. 😊

I started my day off with this! Challenging, fun, functional and dynamic. What a burner! I was wobbling a fair bit. And I loved the abs and inner thighs at the end. I also held hand weights.
