I just did this after work, and it was so much fun! Walking workouts with music are enjoyable. I prefer having cueing, even if it's minimal, for regular fitness mat or barre workouts.

1) I love the walk and talk because you kill two birds with one stone - time is precious and learning while working out is awesome and also inspiring 2) I would love a monthly workout calendar - I have done your calendars before and I always notice a huge difference in my body because you know what kind of stuff to put together also it can be overwhelming cause you have so much content (which I LOVE!) to decide which workouts to do - I have done all your rotations btw and loved them. 3) Your membership is the best deal in town 4) I love the walking workouts because I pair them with your really hard pilates/bar ones so it helps to loosen up after the others and they're just fun 5) anyone who complains to you about your workouts and talking should go somewhere else - they are completely lacking in being grateful for your generosity of giving free workouts!

I love your walk and talks. Today, especially, I needed to hear your message about doing workouts that serve your body, mind, and spirit. I've been weight training for awhile now and it's not doing me any good anymore but I always feel like I have to do it. I want strength but I am realizing through your workouts that I can attain that strength and muscle build by tailoring to what I really enjoy.and I really enjoy your workouts. They are safe and I love your cuing and your push mentality. I will definitely subscribe to your new channel and please keep your walk and talks. They are good when I just want to warm up or just get extra steps in or just move and I like what you have to say. Btw, I love love love your resistance band workouts!!!

And to be honest, I much prefer my body shape when I am focusing on my style of workouts. I am so glad that they are working for you too! I will definitely be keeping up with my walk and talks. I just started following you and have been very happy with the workouts. I was looking for low impact for my knee and back and have been able to follow most of the workouts and finish them and have been doing two per day! I will continue to follow you for sure. I love this idea!!! I love all of your workouts, but I really enjoy having my workouts split to a particular body part. Say outer thighs, glutes or inner thighs. I love your old school pilates and barre with a twist! I know you have a lot of them, but I do them every single week and they are just crazy effective. I'm super excited about your new channel! I know we all feel like we have our own personal instructor with this channel, but now we really will feel that way!!

I really like moderate workouts, toning, etc. I know it’s good to have a weekly Push Day, but this was wonderful. I did it after a gentle Pilates workout, so was warmed up. I also know, because it was full-body but not too crazy, I won’t be too sore tomorrow. Thank u!

Today I did the walk with a weighted vest for the first time. It didn't seem like much at first, but it quickly made a difference and got my heart rate up with the extra effort. I think your Linda Active idea is unique! Your workouts helped me so much when I had hip tendonitis; now I'm recovering from surgery for a fractured wrist. I'm always able to find workouts I can do on your channel. Since I've been having injury issues, I'd love a mobility series. Some of the best of your workouts I've done have exercises that I hate - hate because they focus on my weak areas, and so they're uncomfortable. I value your cueing; I always laugh to myself because whenever you say "Don't collapse your shoulders", usually I am! I first subscribed in 2011!!!

Yes, it is amazing how much the extra weight adds to the cardio factor. It's like walking up hill! Amazing, I am so happy to know you have been with me since the very beginning and you are still enjoying my workouts! The good news is that the right workouts can really work out imbalances in the body and all but heal nearly every injury.

Dear Linda, this workout together with the outer thighs of this series is my leg routine every week. They are super effective, my legs never get accustomed to these movements! I feel the burn every time I do them!

Linda, I have been doing your floor glutes and legs exercises with ankle weights since you came on the scene. They are very effective. I just turned 61. I get compliments on my legs when I'm in shorts or wearing dressed all the time. Thank you for posting exercises that really work.

It may just be tightness in your hip flexors. Try doing this exercise leaning back on your elbows instead of with your back against the wall. In time your hip flexors will get stronger and you will be able to straighten your back more and more :)
