I am a Chinese who’s been living in NZ for nearly 17 years. Your vids make me wanting to go back to China so bad. You have been to more Chinese cities than I do lol. I am super jealous. I hope this pandemic will end soon. I have not seen my parents for 17 months and it’s too risky for them to travel to NZ now. Thanks for sharing your life in China with us. If you go to Siyuan or Chongqing, you probably need to say"Oh I want none spicy at all". Then you will get food which is slightly spicy :)

When I was in Sichuan I ate the Sichuan hotpot and I was the only westerner at the table. Everyone was shocked because I could eat as spicy as them (I trained for months for that ahaha)

When I was in Chongqing, this bridge was not even on the drawing board. The river boat was still operating with big loudspeaker announcing departure and arrival of river yachts.... It was during the warm summer period which make the Chongqing the big oven of China. It has now a beautiful city to behold.
