Like I’m pretty sure quicksilver actually cradles someone’s head/neck so it doesn’t snap but for Barry he can piggyback someone so the speed force seems to act as a sort of barrier to prevent it like how superman’s strength distributes when he’s catching a plane so he doesn’t just stop a small part while the rest keeps going

No Zatanna, Shazam/Black Adam, Dr Fate, Wonder Woman, etc. Constantine is not enough (see Superman vs the Elite). And as for Metas, no Earth one did not have a meta on Supergirl's tier. Please remember Supergirl works with a holding back policy similar to Spider-Man 's. The speedsters were the only ones debatably close.
