@@victor_2216 That's 100% true, and the fact that DC doesn't know how to write Flash well because he'd either be too OP or he has to be too stupid and let his opponents (who are moving like snails against him) get the upper hand in order to create drama. I think this is why Marvel only has one well known speedster (Quicksilver) and they don't let him become as fast as Flash because they'd write themselves into the corner as well.

lex is dumb and short sighted. he should have aligned himself with waller since she had at least an army at her disposal instead of trying to take on evil justice league by himself. in DCeased he sees the city is lost and kneels before superman, putting their differences aside and helping them. in this scenario an evil justice league is pretty much worse since they have flash and superman already (in DCeased they are good guys a while before succumbing) and a giant alien invasion on their hands.

Now perhaps he'd move fast enough to avoid extreme damage if he reacted when the bullet began penetrating his armor...but that's it. He'd have to take some kind of a hit without foreknowledge of the bullet coming his way
