Great video! It is unthinkable what happened to the Shermans, even more so that this case has not been solved after 7 years. It is an eerie and mysterious double murder. The neighbourhood is such a quiet place!

@gulfy09 not sure about that, the behaviour of one family member is suspect. Alexandra the daughter of the Sherman's told the police her brother was somehow involved. Based on the research i've done my theory would lead towards one of their children or children's spouses. My theory would be they hired people to commit the murders for the money and the hidden rage they had against their parents. Theory = alledgedly.
