I met Barry Meguiar two decades ago at SEMA. Met up with him again at SEMA 2019 I was able to have him sign a photo of the two of us twenty years earlier. I mentioned Larry and this exact interview to Barry when we spoke in 2019. His reaction to me mentioning Larry and Ammo - Barry was like a proud Dad. Barry is so proud of Larry and what he is doing building Ammo from scratch, building a following on KZbin and social media.

Barry is such a great guy and huge success unto himself. I love that he rebuilt his home on his grandfathers land. I too had a wonderful grandfather that raised me and we had such a special relationship. Now that I'm a grandfather I try hard to be like grampa. I use a lot of Ammo products but also Maguire products as well. I have to say, the Maguire Ceramic Wax is probably the most impressive detailing product to come along in the last 30 years. Great interview Larry!

What a great interview to start this year! Thank you for sharing this video again! Barry Meguiar is a legend in automotive detailing field, and yet he seems so *approachable* . I love the part where his wife had dinner with *Edsel* *Ford* , he was encouraged to sign up for the new Ford GT, and Ed said, "I'll talk to Henry, that's his son." I know it's been around a minute but M205 is still my favorite finishing polish. I don't really like the smell of it but it leaves such a good finish and wipes off so easy. I still use a lot of Meguire's products and enjoy them.
