I know why Joan reacted surprised but why Jay though? I mean he clearly saw Nora Allen's Speedforce Avatar take Barry into The Speedforce in Season 3 finale and heard Joe saying "Barry its your Mother" as he was clearly standing a few feet away from Joe. Don't tell me that you writers actually forgot that or did you idiots thought that we wouldn't notice that? 🙄Lazy writing leads to alot of discrepancies smartass.

No matter how much Barry might've changed the Timeline Jay's presence there in Savitar fight was inevitable since he exited the Speedforce Prison due to "Cisco's Cosmic Skeleton Key Bazuka" no matter what timeline changes might've occured coz that point in time was to be a fixed point in the Timeline like Nora Sr.'s death, and henceforth The Speedforce Storm and Barry's retribution into The Speedforce at the end of S3. So if it was anything the writers are the idiots who fucked up the storyline.

It annoys me when they speak about doppelgangers like "in a certain angle with the light shining just the right way you kinda sorta look like someone we know" as if it's a coincidence insteading of saying "hey, you are the doppelganger of (insert person's name here) so you look EXACTLY like them because you are alternate versions of one another"
