Hi… this is not about current recipe🤣. I made the Eatmore bars. 1st bath fantastic. 2nd batch kind of crumbly., tho I could cut easily. Just not the first that we’re candy like. Wondering what I may have done? Timing of boiled mixture? Any suggestions?

Definitely overcooked I'd say. That is what happens when the sugar gets too hot.

Ive messed this up by rushing and combined the condensed milk, vanilla and melted on the stove. Now I call it moose sh$&s 🤣. I love moose farts though now that I do it right 🤣
