I think the only reason the Naughty Dog/Intergalactic trailer worked for me with all of the random product placement is because it was also clearly trying to fit that period aesthetic of the late 80s, where it's like "I'm going to befriend ET with REESE'S PIECES(tm), and then send him home with a SPEAK N' SPELL(tm) while we ride our HUFFY BIKES(tm)". There's definitely still a _real_ crass commercialism angle to it all, but it feels right for the vibes of the work for me.

I love Barry he’s great and so cool been following him for years he’s a funny guy and I love him but HOLY FUCK😭😭😭 There’s constant arguing about how enemies are tuff to avoid and shit but the bros special attacks are RIGHT THERE, if you’re playing the game and struggle with an enemy’s attack pattern you can just spend a bit of sp and get rid of them and THAS IT. It’s like learning that there’s a jump button in the Mario and saying “yea but I like to just run around in not gonna use it 🤷‍♂️” and then complaining the game’s too hard. Like of course it will when you’re disregarding a basic gameplay mechanic like that. But I don’t wanna be mean it’s just a frustration I had with this vod in particular, I love Barry so much it’s so funny to me how he’s playing the game and the streams are really fun regardless I just needed to vent a little 😔😔😭😭

I mean, that's just Barry playing videogames. I cannot think of vod of his I've watched where he doesn't do some version of ignoring a major mechanic or willfully messing up a simple puzzle for kids. That's just how he plays games

I can’t say he’s bad because he hasn’t even failed any of the minigames or gotten a game over but he is facing the consequences of running a bit that makes him weaker overall + resource hoarding Also the area where he stopped is kind of a spike in difficulty from what I remember, can’t fault barry for that really
