Jon Taffer is a hardass and for very good reason. But if you pay close attention, he’s only like that towards people who don’t do their jobs. He’s calm and patient, and sticks up for those who actually do what’s expected. I’m thankful that Jon and his team of experts that go in and knock some sense into these inadequate employees and show them the right way to run a business.
