Barry has actually admitted on his own channel that he's not that bright - I think that he's selling himself short. His weird sense of humour shows that there's a lot going on in there. I love the guy. He's the sort of bloke you'd want as a neighbour - he makes no secret on how much he loves his wife and kids, which in this day and age is great to hear. Viva Barry!

It's ambiguous, but the theories are generally it reacts to muscle action in the jaw possibly. There definitely is an EEG chip in there, and a chip that has been used successfully on other products. But there is question as to wether the 'Mindflex' has correctly wired the chip up to do anything important, or wether its just a dummy circuit to look interesting and real. Certainly would be fun to see if BigClive and resolve that question once and for all though.

Somebody has actually made a version of the Krell mind machine off of off've the 1956 classic movie 'Forbidden Planet'. That machine was meant to be billions of years old, use infinite power, and was built twenty miles under the surface of a planet. This one is cardboard and plastic, from Oxfam (other charity shops, etc.), and runs on batteries. Indistinguishable from the real thing. And it will fry your brain like the original. Nice. 🤔🤔🤔

I think in the second game Stuart was actually paying too much attention to the game or perhaps trying too hard to calm himself (meaning the ball wouldn't go down), whereas happy-go-lucky Barry could exploit it better. In the versus game, though... yeah, I think it's randomized or just poorly made or something. As far as I know, the fact you could barely tell there was a mealworm in the chocolate is a good thing, since not being able to taste dirt or whatever means it was properly washed.
