Just a heads up coming from someone who owns a Detroit style food truck. Each square is equivalent to two round slices. So two squares will feed one adult (4 round slices). This pizza in this video here is feeding 4-6 adults. It doesn’t look like it but the amount of toppings and cheese alone is a lot. 8 squares in this box equates to 16 slices.

What about a perfect crust liner? What about the pans? The lids? It costs me $6.11 cents per pepperoni Detroit style (8x10) 4 squares. You should be charging 3-4x your cost. If you’re making a Detroit pizza this side and charging anything under $30 you are using horrible ingredients. Cheese with anti caking agents, bromated cancer causing flour, horrible pepperoni, don’t even want to know what tomatoes you’re using with citric acid packed into the cans.
