I heard this song when it released but I wasn't depressed or extremely traumatized when I first checked it out. Now that I am extremely depressed and have gone through extreme trauma this past decade...Phantogram now sounds beautiful to me.

My friend mark and I loved this band. There was a little dive club in Hoboken called maxwells, back in the day. We saw phantogram live together. They were great. Mark and I were in recovery at the time. He didn’t make it. Mark, wherever your soul resides, I love you man. I’ll never forget the time we spent together.
