You can keep two doors. One from the living room and one from the bedroom. You can lock accordingly. Otherwise go fir6 one bedroom two bathrooms or 1.5 bathroom.

Simple lang tingnan sa labas, but sa loob ang ganda ng design at kumpleto na, may bedroom kitchen etc. So sa halagang 100k makakagawa kana ng simple na bahay. Wow napaka interesting naman.

Usually ganito ang set up sa loob ng mga condo. Na maximize yung lahat ng parte ng bahay. But condo house is very expensive compared dito na may budget na 100k only.

Nice idea, but rather make it realistic in terms of costing. Definitely your design exceeds the 100k budget, tama yung sa nasa disclaimer mo,super bare finish lang ang magagawa ng 100k. So better if you have a client, instead of providing an unrealistic design better give them the design based on their budget.

Well said arch. kaya nga po may disclaimer. first of all wala naman po client for this project kung meron pinakitaan ko lang ng atleast maximum potential ng house na pwede nila iupgrade. and sa realistic naman para saan pa kung nag arki tau kung papakitaan lang din natin ng bare finish. its a marketing strategy also same as housing units,condos, etc.. like show house a model home for display kung saan fully furnished. kung ganun pala sana tinanggal ko nalang po mga furnitures at chb finish nalang pinakita ko. i know alot of professional will question this video regarding costing. sana po okay na tayo dun arch. salamat ingat po kayo dyan.

May isa lang akong natutunan sa aking buhay "may asawa": bigyan mo ng medyo malaking cabinet/dresser si misis kundi laging maghahanap yun ng mas malaking bahay. Yun ang kulang dito sa design mo pre - nakalimutan mo ata ung cabinet. Pwede na rin naman under the bed containers pero para sa kalusugan ng iyong katinuan..cabinet please. But I checked the dimensions of the various furnishings and they all check out. Bed size is to scale. Good job.

100K is fairly cheap for that very tiny house. My dad just worked for a project with a similar size to that (maybe even smaller) and it costed 800k.

@dr 6 It was not our house. It was a project my father was working on. The client was Japanese, it was a single bedroom, two bathroom house. Open concept, the living room and kitchen was connected.
