I’m a big juice guy I love my cranberry and raspberry juice so when I first tried red wine it was an almost spicy wine with a bit of a bitter after note. Don’t remember what brand or type of wine it was but was it really great wish I could have that spicy sort of feeling in the back of my throat and chest with regular juice.

HUH? 2 weeks?? 2 days? "Bottle opened today should be empty TODAY". Honestly, one does not leave opened bottle of wine overnight. Well, you can drink it tomorrow if you like stale things, so 2 days maybe ok, meh... but 2 weeks? that's not wine - throw it out.

I mean, I don't leave a bottle of wine opened over night. 😂 Some of it is okay for a while *technically*. But the taste degrades fast, especially in organic wines.

I've had wine that's lasted past a week without changing in flavor, it needs to be stored properly though.
