Hey Bart, I’ve had this issue before. I used hydrogen peroxide to clean out the wax. And shortly after my hearing came back. Best feeling ever Just use a cap size amount pour into ear laying down and it will foam a little but that means its doing its job. After turn your head into a towl so it will come out. Next time be sure not to use cotton swabs too aggressively or any at all just the outside.

You should try thermal auricular therapy. It’s where they take a wax cone into your ear and light it. It extracts the wax or any build ups in your ears. It helps get rid of your ear pressure and helps with neck pain.

With dry earwax, try and buy that small spoon. My sister and gf have dry earwax and I clean it out for them with a flashlight and that spoon. You need someone else to scoop it out for you to get all of that out.

9:10 Bart you need to go see a Otolaryngologist. A friend had a similar situation, and they gave her some liquid, she pours into her ears and all the gunk comes out. They'll also use special tools to look into your ears and clean them, you'll love the video they show you.

Yo Bart, I have the same issue as you. Every year or so I have to clean out my ears, put h. peroxide in and let it sit every once in awhile and so when you finally shoot water in your ears LOTS will fall out- just like in Hawaii

Best thing I ever bought was an ear scope from Amazon. Now my ears stay clean AF and whenever I have any sort of irritation in my ear, I just look into it with the scope and can clear out whatever is causing the irritation. Everyone should have an ear scope. If you have wet/sticky orange ear wax like Bart, a dry Q-tip is the absolute worse thing to shove in your ear. Peroxide basically disintegrates the sticky ear wax. I usually place a few drops into my nieces ears, wait for it to fizz up all the orange sticky wax, than clean up the leftover residue with a q-tip.

BART! you should get one of those ear wax picks with a camera at the end! So you can know where to scrap and how far in your ear too go and or how much wax you need to take out.. and since you can see from the camera yoy can do it much more safely than a cotten swap or hair pin.

Happens to my adult son often. Don't put objects in your ear canal please. Just make an appointment with an ear, nose throat doc, they will get everything cleared out. No problem. You run a high risk of bacterial infection, trying to consistently doing it yourself.

The best thing to do is just go to a ENT doctor. Just go and let the professional handle it before you really mess up your ear drums. Then you will be saying. " Huh? Can't hear you. Tell me again." And then your son will be able to say when he's older "I tell you but you don't hear me"
