This is performed at a leisurely pace, appropriately and quite out of step with modern performances. Compare with the recording from 1935, conducted by Reynaldo himself

No, It's for annoying all the other players! 😂😂 The harp part is quite easy, and could be played in C Maj or every other key without problems
