This is coming from an OG silent Mike fan but it seems like he’s combining coke with some pre workout before these episodes. He seems more interested in trolling and it’s hard to listen to him now even when he drops the act.

that's crazy the more legs i programed Monday. glute: hip thrust, isolation, a bit of RDL, kick backs Wednesday. cuad bais Friday. hams: and a bit of glutes Natural, just 5 exercise no more 60 minutes tops

You simply can’t hit legs 4 days a week unless you’re on roids. BS

Not on roids and when I was training to get my legs stronger I hit legs 4x a week at max some days I hit legs for volume then have a heavy ass day then I switch that for the next week not hard

im doing calgary 8 week and it has me doing squats 3 days and deadlifts 3 days a week...its do-able. its a lot of submaximal 60-70% of 1RM training, some relatively heavy days judged off RPE, so im never actually gassed out but the weights have been moving well. You get over the soreness quick
