The weights are awesome. I enjoy seeing people do well in things you do and you understand what its like, or to struggle building strength. But that's not why I watch the videos. I watch them because of the intangibles I learn and see, and the philosophies you have. I can apply them to weight lifting, my sport, or cleaning the house. The integrity y'all. It's not just the weightlifting I appreciate. I appreciate y'all as people. Thanks for the vids

Right at the end of your seminar video you opened the floor to questions. I had the first question and you gave me solid advice and I thought that I had that on video to go back to and learn from is there a possibility of getting that cut if it exists. Much thanks to your efforts and dreams with Super Training gym (the strongest gym in the west), your lifting products and your podcast all help me to surround myself with like-minded people and continually learn from yourself, Silent Mike, and everyone that's joined you on the pod cast. Thanks again. May your craps always be tapered.

Wish I was there a week later to go to barbell brigade. I would have loved to been around for this seminar. I spoke with Alex and he asked me how long I was in town for cause they had some good stuff coming up that week. Ugh! It was still awesome to lift there. Great environment. Love to go to Super Training Gym too.

Is there any reason that when I'm doing my max lifts for squat and dead lift they seem to be easier for me than my max for bench press?

Just realized sacrificing for the unknown today. Did a 10 week training cycle and tested my new maxes today, only thing that changed was my squat and it only went up 5 lbs. Btw im only 17, and have been training for about 8 months.
@isaiasroman56319 жыл бұрын
What are your numbers?
@supertraining069 жыл бұрын
Awesome! Keep working!
@Jprice879 жыл бұрын
You didn't sacrifice for nothing you tested a program and it didn't work for you.. Move on to another program, push yourself harder, be patient, and the PRs will come! Also put in more time into lifting by more time I mean at least a few years if you're serious about it and you will look back and be glad you over came the adversity a of bad programs, injuries, set backs, off days, life stresses, etc.. For every pr you get you will have to train day after day and take the bad with the good. But once you hit that pr you've been wanting that feeling is indescribable! Don't get frustrated my friend and don't quit!

Wish I could go to a gym like barbell brigade or supertraining. I'm too damn weak though. Them dudes lifting 405 like nothing, I struggle like a mofo lol. I'm considering doing a meet in the summer next year. Looking at around a 350/275/500, 1100 ish total by then, if everything goes well. I'd be competing in the junior under 74kg weight class. Probably won't place good though.

what kind of an idiot deadlift that guy with the army shirt did?He just lift the barbell 2 inches and then straightened his legs. Maybe next time he should use a wider and even taller barbell so he can spread his legs even more and he could do a milion pounds .
@dangnguyenkhoadn007 жыл бұрын
vagvll the lift he performed is called wagon wheel sumo deadlift which increases your lockout strength. Youre ignorant yet stupid at the same time

The stuff about waking up early is false. Some people spend just as much time or more working hard, but their day is later. That's they're genetics and you shouldn't get mad at them for being different and producing the same or better results. I'm not just talking about the gym. I'm talking about being productive in general.
