1. Every motorcyclist should have the safety wire installed. Govt should allocate a little budget on wires to freely provide them to public through the police check posts or wardens. If Govt do not willing to allocate the budget for this, then govt can strictly enforce the people to be installed safety wires. Before 3-4 weeks, if police or wardens find motorcyclist without the safety wires then a fine of 300-400 can be issue to people. Before 10 days, If police or wardens find people without the safety wires, then they should be fined with Rs. 1000. The safety wire installation process should be start before the two months of festival date. 2. Every residence should have the roof/chat corners installed the wooden sticks hooked the special safe kite protective wires. So, the people on home should be safe from the incidents. The kite threads will not go down to the streets and the threads will be broken. 3. Govt should allocate a budget to install the kite safety wires on the lights of roads and bridges. You can see iron/steel wires on many road street lights of lahore, especially on the bridges of Ferozpur Road Lahore. So, the people on roads should be safe. 4. Every Police Station have a dedicated staff that should monitor their areas. 5. All Kites sellers should have the permit to sale the kites of any size, and few allowed threads of different numbers. If any seller found with no permit and selling dangerous threads then their permit should be cancelled and they will be punished 5-7 Years jail and 1-2 million fine. Now, the buyers should be punished 7-10 Years jail and 1-2 million fine if they found with using the chemical or dangerous threads. 6. Every residence should be responsible to save their childrens from main electricity wires. They should not let theirs childrens to near the main electricity wires. 7. For an additional safety, people or teenagers can wear a things like mufler or bands on necks. 8. The Basant Festival timing will be start from 6:00 PM first night and will be end till 6:00PM next day. 24 Hours Event. 9. Electricity shutdown can be taken for 5-6 hours with few gaps. So, the electricity outage/transformer issues will be happened very less.

Nylon, chemical dorrrr aur Ziada moti unauthorized dorrrr will be banned. SOPs practical solutions k sath Safe implementation is possible. Safety rods and antenna free of cost on all bikes. Helmet already solving the safety purpose. Safety wires zigzag network above main roads be placed where required as metrobus bridges and other features already don't allow dorrrr to fall on roads.
