Yes using our intercoat clear, you can add the base coat hardener at the same ratio 1-2oz per sprayable quart

Not the same thing. In fact, we've had customers use their PPG clearcoat hardener in our reduce & spray candy. He had problems with blushing. This is because the material is curing before the reducer evaporates.
