It was actually a bug in the server, DozingChopper another dayz streamer was getting into a car and for some reason it teleported him into the seat of the helicopter

The guy who yelled 'I'm on the ground, I'm dying' is the guy you teamed up with before and flew the helicopter with. You crashed it and jumped out. He stayed in and was telling you how to right the chopper, thinking you were still in the pilot seat and it blew up while he was trying to tell you how to flip it. Needless to say Me and TheRunningManZ laughed like hell.
