I loved this episode. I can't wait to see how one of the smaller boats does. This is what I have missed watching and playing from the DayZ mod. I somehow cannot get Epoch to work any more or the mod. So, this is amazing to me. I never thought anyone would finally do this for the SA version. I can't wait until Part 2 of this. I wonder if you can do some kind of a base on the island and fish for food and survive that way. I love the pirate stuff too. This was great.

If you take the ship with a crew you will rule the sea. Epic base! Any time ship has to move, helis are loaded and lifted! Epic military/naval/airforce clan vibes! I hope that plays off. Even Lone wolves need to find a pack eventually

So grenade and rpg kill. Helicopter( u should teach Ish how to fly lol he blown up 2) then u land on a air craft carrier. I think u should be able to go 3rd person camera like in battlefield games. Paul, I REALLY suggest you to get used to flying with mouse control. It feels so nice compared to the keyboard direct input! Flying across Chernarus is relaxing in so many ways. Loved the RPG kill :P

Paul and the other guys who don't know... before you take off in a helicopter, make sure you switch to auto-hover. Then you can steer the heli easier...btw turning is faster with help from Q and E buttons... landing is different in dayz sa compared to arma...when you are close to land..just press shift as to increase throttle so that you don't fall as fast.

for anyone interested, this is how to land without auto hover, the correct technique for landing is to A. Know and plan your Landing zone as soon as possible before take off if possible .....Plan your approach before take off if possible...when you are 2.0km out Drop your alt \ height and keep that speed up descending to flying at tree top level or below..depending on the weight and power of the heli copter prepare to start slow downing 1.5km-1.0km by rolling hard left and pitching up while turning the power all the way down..no power...then roll back all the way to the right and reverse and repeat until speed is low enough for fast touch down..levelling the nose flat the the last second....if you did it right you should of broken all ur records for fastest landing and your would be approaching in a S turning pattern or a zig zag...instead of auto hover pitching up and being a stupid easy target...come in fast and low using horizontal bleed speed maneuvers..you must hold the power down \ off \ no power when pitching back during the roll it will allow the nose pitch up harder in the horizontal axis....if none of this makes sense then u have alot of training to do hahaha go hit the books
