@@AthleticPreparation I knew you'd call me out. For me its total body strength training focusing on leg strength, core strength and rotation, wrist and forearm strength and running lots of interval sprint's so I can smoothly travel from base to base and get a good jump on a ball in center field.

I hate when ppl use two person exercises. It makes the entire routine useless in most situations

@@Thee-_-Outlier appreciate the comment - we are coaching the athletes in this session to give you an idea of what you should be doing … A different video would be more applicable of what to do in different situations … Can’t fit everything in one video
