You got great taste... I got 7 and a 1/2 inch wrists and I still feel like 42mm is a little too big for me I'm glad to see they're coming down and size.

Thank you! I feel the same way. Luckily I think sizes are trending down, not up these days. The Swiss are slow to adjust, but it will come.

Great choices. Love the Longines LD36! The dimensions of the original is just too big for me, but this 36mm is really exciting! Also love the Longines military watch. In terms of Oris, the Big crown pointer date 36mm ( steel and bronze) look interesting. Thanks for sharing

Thank you! Agree totally. The Longines military is exciting to me for a few reasons. Will be making a Longines video soon! Oris had a very good year too.

I like very much the Root beer precisely because it is so different to all the other GMT, not readily likes to everyone but definitely it's my cup of tea.

Nice picks. I wasn't even aware of the Longines LD36. I was certain your #1 pick would be the same as mine, the Tudor BB58.

It would have been close between the BB58 and Oris if the LLD36 didn't come sweep the competition. Although I have to say I'd have a hard time choosing between BB58 and BBGMT..

Longines diver is truly unique. Has all its own style. Nothing else really like it. I Hope you get one soon and do a review. Smaller size adds so much more versatility.

Agreed, I am really thinking the LLD will become my daily wearer. Will absolutely post a review when I get my hands on one.

The root beer is beautiful.

Good picks. I hate that this GMT is being called "root beer". There is already a root beer, and it has a very different color palette on both dial and bezel than this watch. There's no black on it, for one thing. So this is "root beer" just because there is some brown on the bezel? I love the original root beer -- Clint Eastwood's favorite watch, at least for a time -- so I'd like it to keep it's name for itself. Let's call this one the "Black and Tan" (after the Duke Ellington song, not the British troops that fought the Irish).

Interesting point! I like the name Black and Tan. Let's make it happen.
