13:05 I’ve actually seen a system with that particular tone and voice message. It was at a place my grandfather use to work at. The panel was an EST 2 with voice evac, 270-SPO pull stations, older EST smoke detectors and 892 style speaker/strobes (I believe those are 896 models). I was there when they were testing the fire alarm system one time years ago and it had that exact code 3 tone and voice message.

Conventional pull stations are effectively just a switch. They do not transmit a location or address when activated. Addressable pull stations are more complex and proprietary. When activated, they transmit a precise location (address) to the fire panel. Each device is effectively independent and will transmit a different location on an addressable system. Conventional systems may have several devices on one circuit (zone) so they are much less specific.
