Really great gym setup. You have everything for every style of workout. If you want some suggestions. I will add some equipment for the lower back. Cause I know some people are obsessed with those.

Solid gym but the only thing better than a home basement gym is a home garage gym. Being able to able a garage door in the summer months while training and getting the fresh air is a game changer

How do you go about training people in your home? I want to do the same after completing my NASM course but am curious on how the liability insurance works and all. Did you decide to set up an llc for training clients?

Hey Dan, whats the dimensions (length and width) your turf strip? Cost?

You think if you mounted the pull up bar upside down that it would be too low? I also have an 80" rack and im only 5' 4" but it looks low as is in your video. Great setup and wall through btw!
@dannorthfitness23925 ай бұрын
Yeah definitely would be too low for my setup. Thanks!

Is there any changes or additions you would make? Rep Ares 2.0? 93" rack if you have enough clearance?

I essentially have a set up almost equal to commercial gym and in some ways better as i have much more specialty items that commercial gyms don't have. I don't train clients for a few reasons one a I agree to a point with the sentiment about own space, but most importantly don't want liability or "strangers" in my home...risky in a million ways more than having insurance can cover plus my dog is an Italian Mastiff, won't let too many come in lol. But ultimately I could never earn the same income as I do as I at my job. but nice set up clean looks good for those who want to try to stay fit
