Bash the Balsam poem

Year 6, St. Bede's Catholic Primary present ... BASH THE BALSAM!
This is their reading of our Bash the Balsam picture book, filmed on location at Holme Head weir ... an area that is blighted by an alien invader, Himalayan balsam!
As well as reading the poem, the pupils bashed some balsam - clearing the area around the river Eden so that native plants can grow and thrive.
