very through in your explanation , I thought at first there was only 4 springs so 9 different possibilities of tension to adjust . But with the added 4 pin hole adjustment you get much more 9 x 4 x 4 = 144 possibilities of different strength levels (of course some are negligible due to zero resistance but a lot more possibilities) . I would imagine you could even change out the yellow and black springs to heavier ones as well but not sure on that completely.

The wunda chair and ladder barrel apparatus are the easiest to comprehend on uses and configuration with your explanations. Have any through explanations on the Cadillac. Also some last additional features of reformer i am still unsure about is the cable/pully hand/feet part and the holes on the end of the reformer to slide a bar i think in. As well as there is some side stuff on the reformer i think to put springs/cables in the middle for doing chest press or flys or bicep curls though i am just speculating on this until i get on one or if you got an explaination video on the last additional features of the reformer and all of the Cadillac equipment pieces. I have done pilates and yoga on mats and in various configurations but never had the opportunity to try out the pilates machines themselves. I know alot of home gyms the closes equivalent would be the total gym back in the day or the thighmaster in place of a pilates ring or ball between the legs... So i like to learn these last features/ equipment so i am more prepared if i find a place to try out the machines some day. Anyway great video
