• 400 gr of flour
• 285 gr of margarine+butter
• 2 eggs yolk
• 50 g of cornstarch
• 50 g of milk powder
• 100 gr of grated cheese
• 70 gr of palm sugar (I made it not too sweet, but you can add more sugar)
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
• Pinch of salt
Different brands of flour and butter may cause the measurements to change because the moisture content of the ingredients for each brand is different.
