Radical Mandarin

Күн бұрын

I have written a book "Chinese ABC" for beginner students! If you are just starting out definitely check it out! www.amazon.com...
Animated Cartoon to remember 14 Chinese Characters and Character components.
This is part of my cartoon series to help beginner and intermediate students of Mandarin Chinese, as well as Cantonese and Japanese, memorize character parts. When you first look at a Chinese text, it may seem that characters are made out of random strokes and dots, but it's not so. In fact, there are just a few dozen so-called radicals, and maybe a couple hundred otherwise classified character components, that comprise a fair share of most commonly used characters, which is not that much after all. If I can do it, you can do it. BTW you can spend your time better re-watching the video than reading this nonsense, as I'm only writing it cause I heard putting lots of key words and Kangxi Radicals along with Kanji Japanese students, language learning polyglots, helps people find the video in the search. I should have probably mentioned that earlier. Chinese reading, and Chinese writing, and Chinese calligraphy... All of that is Mandarin Chinese. I am a lot of fun - subscribe. Mandarin traditional and Chinese simplified rock the world as do my fun cartoons. I have another one here - • Chinese Radicals - Nature
Peace.
Radical Mandarin.

Usually we use '' 男 '' as man more than 夫 . '' 夫'' more means husband . And ''子 '' not only mean child , the most important meaning is '' son '' . And about child I think we use '' 童'' or '' 兒童'' much more often than 子 .

I haven't found any book where the original pictorial meaning was revealed for Chinese characters as it was done in this video. This is simply stunning! I had no idea that there is really a meaning behind these forms, and when you know it, it's much easier to remember them!

+Peter Fritz I agree, when I started learning Chinese, I was expected to learn a bunch of characters with no explanation of what they consist of. The shock was so big, I felt compelled to change the status quo! Check out websites like wordbuddy.com, where you can easily dissect any character, or Chinese resources like www.zdic.net/, where you can find the evolution for every character.

Peter Fritz Walter There are some books that explain radicals and character evolution and their meanings. A Swedish scholar published at least one book. Not sure if there is Chinese-English version. For such books, if you can’t find online, you need to go to China to find. Depending on your luck. Library is a better source.

Your cideos are awsomme! They are so helpful! I can remember all the words after watching them only once! The explanations and the drawing are great! Excellent work!
