In place of multilayer switch i have normal switch which is then connected to a router.. Can i configure the same as above in the normal switch.. Thanks

Normally the Normal switch is only at Layer 2, Layer 2 cannot do routing, routing is at Layer 3. I hope you can learn about the OSI Layer to get more detail.
