I'm really proud of myself for learning everything, yesterday I couldn't do the spin and I blamed my mom because she likes to cover our house with carpet but I decided not to give up and instead change my pants, then I DID IT. I'm really thankful to you your explanation through out the video was excellent and easy to follow for beginners I would love to take one of your classes in person when we're hopefully safe to go out again. To anyone reading this and thinking of giving up, DON'T. Believe in yourself, your body is capable you just have to convince your brain.
