From the warm up to the actual step by step process that many other videos on youtube don't include, and your elaboration of the moves and what not to do - this is incredibly helpful for me! For context, i've been doing shoulder rolls but my neck always hurt the next day. I tried your tutorial and i don't feel the compression on my neck and im very excited to try it again.
