Yes! Knowing the "emotional" aspect, or "color" of every possible interval is very important to start painting things mentally. Thank you for this lesson. BTW: Your solo on Gambales's "Yang" (concert with class) is one of the best I have ever heard. Cheers!

Hi Enrique! Hard question, I really don't think it matters too much, as long as you can connect with your instrument of choice. I usually pick up my 5 string basses unless there are some super high notes that are written for me and then I will use a 6 string. Good luck my friend!
